Beef for 2012

All prices based on Hanging Weight. Prices do not include Processing cost. Whole Beef: $2.50/lb, Half: $2.60/lb , Split Half: $2.70/lb Processing cost starts at: $25 kill fee + 50ยข per hanging weight pound. Includes deboning. Extra services can be arranged and cost more. Beef will be ready in late spring and fall. Get your orders in now to reserve your beef. A $100 deposit is required with all beef orders. You must mail a check to us to hold your beef.

Lamb for 2012

Whole Lamb: $6.75/lb finished weight. Half Lamb: $7.00/lb finished weight. A whole lamb will net about 30-40 pounds of meat. Lamb will be available in the spring only this year as no lambs were born last fall. Next year we willl have lamb in spring and fall. Get your orders in now to reserve your lamb. A $55 deposit is required with all lamb orders. You must mail a check to us to hold your lamb.

Chickens

Please choose your dates and enter how many chickens you would like to order. $2.80* per pound. If you want gizzards, livers or hearts, please put that information in the note box at bottom of order form. There is an extra charge of 20¢ per gizzard for processing.

*If feed costs remain the same between now and March when we actually purchase it for our first batches of chickens, our price for chickens will be the same as Oct. 2011 prices.

Don't forget your cooler, ice and a check or cash when picking up chickens or turkeys. Pick up time for chickens is 5 PM to 7 PM on the day of butchering.

Turkeys

Please enter how many turkeys you would like to order. $2.85* per pound. If you want gizzards, livers or hearts, please put that information in the note box at bottom of order form. There is an extra charge of 20¢ per gizzard for processing.

*We won't actually be getting turkeys or their feed till July. Assuming that the price of feed does not increase drastically between now and then, we plan to maintain last year's price for the turkeys.

Don't forget your cooler, ice and a check or cash when picking up chickens or turkeys. Pick up time is 4 PM to 8 PM on the day of butchering.

Bread

Whole-wheat bread is available when you pick up your chickens or turkeys. Please enter how many loaves of bread you would like and which days you would like them on. Bread is also available by special order at other times. Call 417-452-2049 to special order at other times. Bread is $3.75 per loaf.

Soaps

You can order our all natural soaps. At this time, they are pick up only. Let us know in the comment box, when you would like to stop by the farm to pick up your soap. We plan to add shipping of soap in the near future. If ordering for pick up with your chickens, turkeys, beef or lamb, just let us know which dates you would like the soaps on.
